How many days it takes to deliver the order?

We will make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 to 4 working days of the order. However, in some cases, we may take longer, up to 8 to 10 working days.

How can we track our order?

Once the order is dispatched from our store, we update the system here. You will receive mail informing you of the updated status along with the tracking details. You can login to the logistic partner site  — and then track your order.

Can I return the product after delivery?

We will accept returns of the goods purchased, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
Customer will have to inform Trisha of his/her intention to return the product within 3 days of receipt of the goods at his/her destination. Returns, if any, must be made within 15 days of receiving the good.
The product has to be in its original unused condition to be returned.
Goods damaged, used or manhandled will not be accepted as returns or refunded.

Can I replace the products?

All physical products sold on https://vibrantworks.co/ are covered under our 30-Day Replacement Policy. Notify us of any manufacturing defects or product damage at the time of delivery or within 30 days of delivery, and we will issue a brand-new replacement to you at no extra cost.

How do I cancel an order on https://vibrantworks.co/? Alternatively, how do I return a product ordered from Vibrant Works site?

For outright cancellations by you:

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
